The value is indicated in case of loss of the item, the cost of which is reimbursed by mail. The point "Cash on delivery" indicates the amount that the addressee must pay to receive the parcel. All fields are filled in words. The same information is filled in the mailing form, but plus passport data. In the form of money transfer for items with cash on delivery, the details of the sender and recipient, as well as the amount of the payment itself, are indicated. The inventory form indicates the value of the items sent and their quantity.

Further, all the completed papers are given to the operator at the post office, who must return one form of the inventory and calculate the amount necessary to pay for the shipment of the parcel.
