The production of plastic windows is quite an attractive business in terms of profitability. However, in order for the enterprise to work like clockwork, it is necessary to properly organize its work at the initial stage.

Step 1
Conduct market research and assess your potential by learning from competitors. Draw up a business plan for your enterprise in order to attract additional funds, since serious funds will be required to open the production of high-quality plastic windows.
Step 2
Rent or buy a room for a window workshop, depending on whether you are going to open a plant with a minimum capacity (up to 15-20 window structures per day) or a large-scale one. Install ventilation, take care of the lighting. Remember to take all possible measures to prevent fires. Remember that you are doing this not for a positive conclusion of the fire supervision, but for the safety of the production itself.
Step 3
Rent an office in the immediate vicinity of the workshop or in another area. However, do not forget that in either case, the office should also have a small showroom where customers can get acquainted with your products.
Step 4
Enter into contracts with suppliers of equipment and double-glazed windows. Both are best purchased directly from manufacturers. If you really want to take care of the quality of your window constructions, sign contracts only with German manufacturers.
Step 5
Hire staff by contacting recruiting agencies or by submitting advertisements to newspapers. You will need measurers, assemblers (at least 2-3 teams of each specialty), process engineer, foremen of PVC and double-glazed windows, chief accountant, storekeeper, lawyer, sales managers, technical personnel.
Step 6
Obtain all required certifications and licenses. The main requirement for structures of this kind is the reduced resistance to heat transfer, in other words, the thermal conductivity of windows, which should be minimal.
Step 7
Advertise in the media, create your website. Order brochures, business cards and outdoor advertising in the agency. Do not forget that at first any enterprise operates at a loss, so try to establish a sales system as soon as possible.
