It is necessary

  • - a saw with a disc for cutting metal;
  • - single-head miter saw;
  • - milling machine;
  • - electric drill;
  • - copy milling machine;
  • - welding machine;
  • - a stand for installing a double-glazed window.

Instructions

Step 1

First, cut the reinforcement profile. To do this, use special saws with discs for cutting metal. Cut the reinforcement profile at right angles.

Step 2

Next, cut the PVC profile using a single-head or double-head miter saw. Mullion profiles are cut at an angle of 90 degrees, with a margin of up to 6mm on each side. Cut the frame and sash profiles at an angle of 45 degrees on both sides, with a 5-6 mm margin for welding.

Step 3

In the next step, make holes for drainage of water from under the glass unit, formed as a result of condensation. This can be done on a special milling machine or using an electric drill with a 5 mm drill, sharpened in a special way. Make grooves for drainage holes no more than 25 mm in length.

Step 4

To strengthen the window structure, insert the metal profile into the plastic one and secure with screws. Blow out the profile with compressed air.

Step 5

Make holes in the profile for fittings (locks, handles, etc.) with a copy-milling machine. Next, process the ends of the impost and the lintel that separates the glass.

Step 6

The next step is to weld the blanks into one structure. This is done on a welding machine at a welding knife temperature of 250 degrees. The seam should be white and even.

Step 7

Insert handles, locks and imposts, rubber seals. Connect the sash and frame, install the glass unit. Install the spacers for the glass unit as tightly as possible so that the glass unit and the sash form a rigid structure, otherwise the structure will sag. Cut the glazing bead - the element that fixes the glass in the frame.

Step 8

After you adjust the sash fittings and carry out quality control of the product, the window structure can be installed.
