The ability to check your credit card balance depends on your bank and the range of services you use. Checking is always available at an ATM of your own or a third-party bank and during a personal visit to the office of a credit institution. Methods of verification by phone, SMS and via the Internet may also be offered.

Instructions
Step 1
During a personal visit to the bank, show the operator your passport and card and inform that you would like to know the balance.
Step 2
To check the card through an ATM, insert it into the device, enter the PIN-code and select the option of checking the account on the screen. Depending on the ATM, take a receipt with the printed amount or select the option of displaying information on the receipt or on the screen.
If you want to continue working, press the corresponding key.
Some ATMs, after checking the account, return the card by default. You can also return it at any time by clicking the "Cancel" button.
Step 3
When you call the bank's call center, you often need to enter a 16-digit card number and an additional identifier (password, PIN code, regular or telephone, etc.), while communicating with the operator, you may be asked to name a code word.
Follow the instructions of the autoinformer or select the option of connecting with the operator and ask him a question about the rest.
Step 4
To check the card through Internet banking, log in to the system. Depending on the bank, a username and password may be sufficient, or an additional identifier may be required: a variable code, a one-time password sent to you via SMS, etc.
If information about the balance is not available immediately after a successful login, go to the desired tab, if necessary, click on the card account number or the link next to it.
