It is necessary

  • - a computer;
  • - Printer;
  • - fountain pen;
  • - copy machine;
  • - Postal envelope;
  • - the form of notification of delivery of the postal item.

Instructions

Step 1

A claim, like any official document, must contain information about who and by whom it is addressed, as well as contact information for an unhappy customer. The addressee is usually the head of the organization that sold the product or provided the service. His name and full name of the organization can be posted in a conspicuous place (information about the organization must be present by law), employees of the store or other enterprise to which the complaint is being made must also be reported. In extreme cases, the wording "to the head … (full name of the enterprise)" …

Step 2

Below you indicate your full surname, first name and patronymic, postal address with a zip code, and, if desired, a telephone number for communication. All this information is usually located in the left or right (in this case, it is better to move the text using tabs) in the upper corner of the document. Each position is usually allocated one line or more as needed: job title, company, surname, address. Below is written, usually in capital letters, the name of the document - "CLAIM". The option "REFER" is also possible. You can align this line to the center for beauty, but not necessary by current clerical standards.

Step 3

In the substantive part of the document, state the circumstances under which you purchased the product or used the service: where, when, with whom you interacted, what exactly you paid for and how much. Indicate under what circumstances you found out that the purchased product or service is of inadequate quality or does not suit you otherwise. reasons. Also formulate what exactly does not suit you. Next, go to what you want from the organization (in this case, it is advisable to give the number back in the amount paid for a product or service). It is most convincing to refer to the provision of the law, according to which you are obliged to return the money. But, in principle, it is enough to mention the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

Step 4

Also indicate what you intend to do in the event of an unjustified refusal to fulfill your requirements or ignoring them: to file a claim in court, where you can also seek compensation for moral damage and attribution of legal costs at the expense of the defendant, as well as with a complaint about violation of your rights to state organizations (as a rule, the territorial department of Rospotrebnadzor).

Step 5

If you are attaching any documents (for example, a check) to your claim, list them at the end of the application.

Print and sign the finished document; you can take it to your organization (store, service company or head office of a network of such establishments) in person. In such a case, make copies of the claim and the attached documents and ask the employee of the organization who accepted the claim to make a corresponding mark on them. In case of refusal to accept documents or make a mark, send them to the address of the organization by mail. It is better to send a letter with a confirmation of receipt.
