Any lease-related relationship is governed by Chapter 34 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and is formalized through a bilateral agreement between the owner and the tenant. To rent a stall, you need to find a suitable option and conclude the specified document.

Instructions
Step 1
You can find a suitable option if you contact a real estate agency or read information in local newspapers and on television. Arrange a meeting with the owner of the stall, at which you will discuss all your questions regarding the possibility of renting, cost and other conditions.
Step 2
If the verbal agreement suits you, proceed with the written execution of the contract. When concluding a document, you will need two sheets of A4 paper, a pen, the owner's passport and yours, two witnesses from the side of the owner and the tenant with identity documents.
Step 3
Before concluding a contract, read the documents of title to the stall. You can draw up a lease agreement with the owner or the owner's notary trustee. If there is a tenant in front of you, he must obtain a notarial permission from the owner in order to be able to sublet the stall.
Step 4
Specify directly in the contract all the clauses governing the relationship. The contract must contain an introductory part, when, who, with whom, where and about what the document was concluded. Be sure to indicate the address, name and number of title documents.
Step 5
In the main part, indicate the terms, amount, payment methods for renting a stall, permission to use. For example, if a small retail stall is rented to you, you must only sell small retail. When re-profiling the type of activity, you will have to obtain permission from the owner or immediately indicate the condition that the stall will be used for trade, the profile can be omitted. In this case, you can decide on your own whether you will trade in retail or arrange a point in the room that sells wine or beer on tap.
Step 6
You can specify additional conditions or do without them. If disagreements arise, the court will proceed from the instructions of Chapter 34 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Step 7
At the bottom of the document, put your signatures, date, ask to sign and indicate the passport details of the witnesses present.
Step 8
An agreement concluded for a period of more than 12 months is subject to state registration at the regional registration chamber.
