An order form is a specially developed written application for the purchase of any product or the provision of services. It contains the information necessary to complete your order.
Instructions
Step 1
Read carefully all the conditions that the supplier offers you. Pay attention to the small print, which often contains the most important information, for example, that "… suppliers have the right to increase the price of the product due to inflation."
Step 2
Explore the offered assortment. Clearly define for yourself what and in what quantity you wish to purchase. If you place an order via the Internet, see if the suppliers themselves will offer you to fill out the required document.
Step 3
Please note that you need to specify all the required parameters of the ordered product. For example, if you order clothes, please indicate the size, color, number of models you like. For timely and high-quality processing of your order, be sure to indicate the code and name of the selected product.
Step 4
The checkbox may be provided in the order form. Put them only in front of the product that you really want to buy.
Step 5
After you have dealt with the assortment and filled in all the fields offered in the order form, check the correctness of the design again.
Step 6
Please write legibly if you want to mail your order. A printed font is desirable. Please provide your full mailing address.
Step 7
If you have not received your order by the due date, please send a letter of inquiry to the supplier. Be sure to indicate when and for which particular product the application was sent. Ask to understand the situation and contact you.
Step 8
Do not forget that when your order arrives in the mail, it will be stored free of charge for the first few days. For each subsequent day, you will have to pay for its storage services.
