In accordance with the law of 08.08.2001 # 129-FZ, before starting a business, an adult and capable citizen must register with the tax authority. In this case, it is not necessary to look for a specialist to fill out the forms and pay him money. You can fill out the registration application yourself.
Where to begin
Registration application form P21001 is filled out either on a computer or manually in capital letters without errors and corrections. If inaccuracies are found in the completed form, the entrepreneur may be denied registration. If you re-submit the application, you will have to pay the state fee again.
Each sheet of the application is printed separately. Double-sided printing is not allowed.
The form can be submitted to the registration authority in person. At the same time, all sheets are printed, stitched together and a sticker about the number of sheets "laced and numbered" is attached. In this case, you do not need to certify the application with a notary. The signatures on the sheets are put in the presence of an inspector who accepts documents for registration.
If the form is sent by mail, then the notary will sew the documents. And the sheets should be signed in his presence.
The procedure for filling out sheets
On the first sheet in clause 1.1, passport data is indicated in accordance with an identity document in Russian. Non-citizens of the Russian Federation additionally fill out clause 1.2. If an individual has received a TIN, then information about him is entered in clause 2. All other data are recorded in accordance with the passport.
The same applies to filling out the second page. The data is entered starting from the first cell. In order not to be mistaken in filling in the address and index, it is better to use the KLADR classifier. It can be downloaded from the websites of the State Scientific Research Center of the Russian Federation or PF RF. In clause 7.1, the code of the type of document is affixed. For a Russian passport, this is code 21.
The citizens of the Russian Federation do not fill in the third page, it is not necessary to print it.
On sheet A, the proposed activities from the OKVED classifier are indicated with detailing up to four characters. In addition to the main type, you can add an unlimited number of additional ones. If there are not enough free cells for entering data, several sheets A are attached to the application, the code of the main activity is put down only on the first sheet.
If subsequently the entrepreneur begins to engage in activities not indicated on sheet A, he will not bear administrative responsibility for this. Although it is better to make changes to USRIP all the same.
Sheet B is intended to confirm the accuracy of the information. On it you need to put down the method of issuing documents after registration and indicate the methods of communication with the applicant. Be sure to indicate the phone number - landline or mobile. If the P21001 form was submitted via the Internet through your personal account or the website of public services, you must specify the email address.
