It is necessary

  • - decision of the founders;
  • - constituent documents;
  • - application form.

Instructions

Step 1

In any case, to begin with, you need to collect all the founders to make a decision on amending the organization's constituent documents. If the changed data about the founder is already included in the constituent documents, it is necessary to write an application in the form of P13001, sign it and certify it with a notary. Also, in this case, you need to prepare a new edition of the constituent documents and pay a state duty in the amount of 400 rubles.

Step 2

If the information was not included in the constituent documents, fill out an application on form P14001. When changing the head, this document is signed by the new director and also certified by a notary. Also in this case, you will need an order for the adoption of a new director for a managerial position. And in both cases, it is necessary to fill out an application in the applications, where there is a list of all attached documents.

Step 3

Whatever changes are made, submit all collected documents to the tax authority in person and be sure to take them from the official who accepted their receipt. Or send it by mail with a list of attachments and a declared value. If you will be mailing the package, mark "Registration" on the envelope. In this case, a receipt will have to be sent to you in response the next day after receiving your letter. This document should contain the date of receipt of your documents. And within five days from this moment, registration of the changes made should occur.

Step 4

Then you will need to get a document from the tax office confirming the entry of the change in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. This can be done either by the applicant himself or by his representative by proxy. Along with this confirmation, do not forget to pick up all the documents you provided earlier, including the decision.

Step 5

You can be refused only if not all the necessary documents were provided.
