Step 2

At the time of filing the application, the authorized capital of the company must be paid for 50%, therefore, it is necessary to submit a document confirming the payment of the authorized capital. The state registration of a legal entity is paid, and a document confirming the payment of the state fee must be attached to the registration application. The number of participants in a limited liability company can be from one to fifty, but not more, the limitation is established by law.

Step 3

To fill out the application form for the creation and fill in the constituent documents, you need: copies of the passports of the founders of individuals and a full package of constituent documents for the founder of the legal entity (certificate of OGRN, TIN, OKPO). Information about the name of the legal entity, legal address, the amount of the authorized capital and the method of its formation, the types of economic activities of the company, about the bank in which the current account will be opened, data of the person who will be appointed as the head of the executive body (director, general director).

Step 4

After the state registration of a limited liability company, which takes five working days, the applicant is given a certificate of state registration of a legal entity, an extract from the unified state register of legal entities, one copy of the charter certified by the tax authority. After receiving the OGRN certificate, you must register with the tax authority at the location of the organization, receive an information letter from the statistical committee, a notice of registration with a pension fund, social and health insurance fund. Get a certificate on opening a current account and provide information to the tax authority. Submit an application on the possibility of applying a particular taxation system and receive a corresponding notification.
