Mandatory certification of goods produced and imported into Russia has recently been canceled. Now the quality of the products sold depends on the honesty of the seller, however, some companies that value their own reputation prefer to conduct research and certify products voluntarily.
Instructions
Step 1
Obtaining a product quality certificate takes place in several stages. First, on behalf of the company, submit an application-declaration for certification to the certification center Roscertification of named product samples (indicate the manufacturer, general characteristics and description of the product, its article number, etc.).
Step 2
Wait for your application to be reviewed and choose a testing laboratory that is convenient for you, where a program will be drawn up and a certification procedure will be written for you, samples will be taken, samples will be taken. For some time, as a rule, not less than a month, the products will be tested, their condition analyzed in various environments, etc. Then the results will be analyzed, and the head of the center will decide on the possibility of issuing you a certificate of quality or conformity. If you receive a positive answer, you can also apply for the Mark of Conformity.
Step 3
Issue a certificate and register it in the State Register of the GOST R Certification System. After making entries in the database and assigning a number, the applicant will be issued a certificate of conformity for the production of certified products or a quality system.
Step 4
The last point is the conduct of inspection control over the stability of certified characteristics (parameters) of products, certified production, certified quality system (if it is provided for by the product certification scheme). This procedure provides for the regular examination of certified goods and services by employees of the regulatory body.
