If you decide to start farming, then first, draw up a business plan. Agriculture, as you know, requires large expenditures - both labor and material. Therefore, a business plan will help to realistically assess all the necessary investments, compare them with the result and determine the payback period. Of course, when registering with the tax authorities, this document is not required, but if you plan to take a loan from a bank, then you will need a business plan.
Step 2
As for the land, it can be purchased as property, if funds permit, or rented. To do this, you should contact the local administration, where you will be allocated a plot, securing the deal in the appropriate agreement.
Step 3
As soon as you resolve the issue with the land, you can safely go to the tax office and write an application for registering a farm. In addition to the application, you will be required to provide an agreement on the establishment of a peasant (farm) farm, a copy of your passport as the head of the farm, a receipt for payment of the state registration fee.
Step 4
You will need an agreement on the establishment of a farm if you intend to carry out activities in conjunction with partners. It should contain information about the composition of the participants, their rights and obligations, the procedure for the formation of the property of the farm, the powers of the head, the procedure for the formation and distribution of income from farming between members. If you plan to farm alone, then such an agreement is not required. But remember that you have the right to hire contract workers to attract labor.

Along with the documents for registering a farm, you can apply for the transition to a special tax regime (simplified taxation system or unified agricultural tax). State registration of a farm is carried out within 5 days from the date of submission of all documents.
Step 6
When creating a farm, attention should be paid to such an important step as providing a material and production base. For a successful start of work, you will need to purchase equipment, consumables, build structures (sheds, barns, greenhouses, etc.). In addition, it is necessary to conclude contracts for heat supply, electricity and water supply, veterinary services, purchase of feed, fertilizers, seeds, etc.
