Cash registers are used by legal entities and individuals to organize their activities in the provision of services or retail. At the same time, before operation, cash registers must be registered with the tax office, in accordance with the established rules and regulations.
Instructions
Step 1
Collect the package of documents that are required to register the cash register. It consists of a technical passport, a model passport, an EKLZ passport, a service agreement for cash registers concluded at the Technical Service Center.
Step 2
After that, it is necessary to draw up the book "Cashier-operator" in the form of KM-4 and the book "Accounting for calls of technical specialists" in the form of KM-8. You will also need the constituent and registration documents of the enterprise and a lease or sale agreement for the premises in which the cash register will be installed.
Step 3
Write an application for registration of the cash register in the prescribed form. The form of this document can be found on the Internet or asked at the tax office. Do not forget to indicate the current account of the company and supply the outgoing correspondence number.
Step 4
Submit the entire package of documents to the tax office. Individual entrepreneurs apply to the Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation at the place of residence, and organizations - at the place of installation of the cash register.
Step 5
Show up at the appointed time at the tax office with a cash register to carry out an inspection. The examination must be carried out in the presence of a mechanic from the Technical Service Center, so notify this company in advance of its date. It should be noted that only those models of cash registers that are listed in the State Register of KKT and are equipped with an EKLZ unit can be registered.
Step 6
Wait for the end of the check of the cash register. Within five days after that it will be entered into the "POS printer book", and you will receive a "POS printer registration card". In this case, all originals of previously submitted documents will be returned. This completes the registration procedure, and you can safely operate the cash register.
