Step 1
Write an application for the necessary license indicating the name of the program and the organizational and legal form of the entity (legal entity), its location, full name, number and other information of the document proving its identity (for individual entrepreneurs), as well as the type of activity that you intend to carry out …
Step 2
Collect all the necessary documents to obtain a license:
- copies of existing constituent documents, as well as a copy of the document on the implementation of state registration of the owner of this program (with the presentation of originals, if such copies are not certified by a notary. These documents are required to obtain a license by a legal entity);
- a copy of the certificate of state registration of the owner of the licensed program in the form of an individual entrepreneur (also with the presentation of the original, if the copy was not certified by a notary. This document is required from an individual entrepreneur);
- a certified copy of the license applicant's certificate of registration with the tax authorities (or the original).
Step 3
Attach a license application to all collected documents. Pay the amount of the license fee that will be charged for reviewing your application by the appropriate licensing authority. Then save the receipt that confirms that you made the payment and attach it to all other documents.
Step 4
Submit all documents you have collected to the appropriate licensing authority. After that, you need to wait a few days until your application is considered, and all the documents you provide will be carefully checked. Next, you will be given a decision in the form of a license, or your application will be issued in the form of a letter with a reasoned refusal.
