Security guard license (certificate) - a document, the validity of which is limited and is 5 years. After the expiration of this period, the document is subject to renewal in accordance with the legally established rules.
Instructions
Step 1
Licensing of private security activities is regulated by the Federal Laws of the Russian Federation and Government Resolutions, which determine that the validity of a security guard's license is limited to five years and after the expiration of this period this document must be renewed (it can be renewed an unlimited number of times). The license is issued only to employees of security companies at the place of residence or registration of this company.
Step 2
If you need to extend the security guard's certificate, please contact the Department for the organization of licensing and permits work to control the private detective and security activities of the Regional Internal Affairs Directorate at the place of residence or at the place of storage of the accounting file of a private security organization. Renewal of the license is carried out after training in accordance with the training program for private security guards.
Step 3
You must apply for a license renewal no later than 30 days before the expiration of the current license.
Step 4
When applying for a license renewal, please submit the following documents:
- application-questionnaire of the established form;
- passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation (copy);
- a valid security guard license (copy);
- a medical certificate in the form established by the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation, issued no more than 1 year ago (form F-046);
- a document confirming the completion of training in accordance with the training program for private security guards and passing the exam (copy);
- 2 photos 4x6;
- a receipt for payment of the state duty for the renewal of the certificate in connection with its renewal.
All copies must be certified by the head of the company or a notary.
Step 5
When applying for the renewal of a security guard's license, have a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation and a valid license with you.
Step 6
In 5-7 working days after submitting documents for license renewal, contact the licensing authority to obtain an extended certificate.
