The Law of the Russian Federation "On Private Detective and Security Activities", issued in 1992, clearly regulates all issues related to security activities. It is possible only after obtaining a license (a permit for the implementation of this type of activity).
It is necessary
- - passport and its copy;
- - two photographs 4 x 6 cm;
- - medical report;
- - certificate of completion of special training and qualification of a security guard and its copy;
- - a receipt for payment of the state duty.
Instructions
Step 1
A licensed security guard can pay a fee to protect citizens and their property. The license entitles its holder to maintain order at various events and advise on protection issues. The vacancy of a private security guard is one of the most profitable and in demand. It is possible to engage in security business only after obtaining a license from the state.
Step 2
A license to engage in security activities is issued to individuals by a licensing and permissive group at the ROVD on certain conditions: - age over 18 years old, - special training, - no criminal record, - without bringing to administrative responsibility, - without diseases that hinder work in private security.
Step 3
To obtain a license, contact the above-mentioned bodies that carry out work by order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation dated June 19, 2006 under number 447. Before submitting documents to the ROVD, go through the medical commission, which will issue a conclusion on the suitability of a private security guard. The health check will be an assessment of health for any medical conditions that interfere with the duties of a private security guard. You can pass such a check in a medical institution that has a license for such an examination of citizens.
Step 4
Get theoretical and practical training from a licensed organization or special courses from private security guards. Pass the special commission at the ROVD exam, consisting of theoretical and practical parts. You will be tested on your knowledge of the legislation on the security area, the duties and rights of a private security guard, skills in using weapons and special protective equipment.
Step 5
After a successful test of knowledge, the results of the medical examination and professional training, you will be qualified and issued a certificate of a private security guard.
Step 6
If you have received the 4th category, then you can carry out protection using special means. When you receive the 5th grade, you can use only self-defense weapons in your work. 6th grade gives the right to all types of weapons.
