Step 1

Consider the scope of the future enterprise description. It depends on the complexity, scale of the company's activities and the very business idea of its presentation. Basic information consists of the full and abbreviated name of the enterprise with the reflection of its parent body, indicating the industry in which the business is conducted (agricultural or industrial production, the scope of services provided, transport, construction, etc.).

Step 2

Give a reference: the year of foundation of the company, its location. Describe the management structure, list the list of departments, provide a diagram of their interaction and subordination. Name the organizers of the enterprise, its owners (owners and managers), who have a direct impact on the stability of work, image in the market.

Emphasize key performance objectives with predictable performance results. They can be social and economic, and also have different time frames. It is necessary that the goals are measurable, correspond to the resources, positions of the enterprise. Express them in quantitative terms, for example, in sales revenues and profits (in%).
