Conduct sales training. It is possible that your salespeople are experiencing a serious lack of sales skills per se. Train their ability to communicate with the client, try to keep their skills constantly progressing.

Arrange a promotion for the product that cannot be sold. Try to make it stand out from the crowd so that people pay as much attention to it as possible. Discounts like "two for the price of one" are usually the most effective and less suspicious.
