Select the staff of the rental point, namely: a specialist in the reception and delivery of tools and a tool repairman. The repairman will be obliged to monitor the performance of the tool, to repair it. Take on this position as a generalist, someone familiar with many instruments. The specialist in the acceptance and delivery of the tool will have to conclude a rental agreement with clients, accept money. This work can also be combined by a repairman. Some entrepreneurs advise to hire an accountant and a lawyer - to resolve disputes with non-return of the instrument. However, you can manage these functions yourself or contact these specialists one-time, without registering on the staff.

Step 5

Advertise the newly opened tool rental. This does not require a large-scale advertising campaign, just ads in local media, Internet directories, posting ads in passable places.
