With the entry into force of Federal Law No. 90-FZ1 of June 30, 2006, which introduced significant changes to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, individual entrepreneurs are required to keep work books for all employees for more than five days. The employee has the right to demand from the employer to issue him a work book in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation from the day of employment.

Instructions
Step 1
An individual entrepreneur buys forms of work books.
Step 2
If the employee has a work book, but he did not provide it for any reason, it is necessary to write an act stating that the book was not provided, although you wanted to issue it in accordance with the standards. This act is signed by witnesses.
Step 3
If the employee has not yet started a work book, draw up it in accordance with the instructions for filling out work books.
Step 4
Enter on the first page of the work book the surname, name, patronymic of the employee, date of birth (day, month, year)
Step 5
In accordance with the document on education (diploma), enter the education received during the employee's studies (higher, secondary, secondary vocational, secondary specialized) and profession, specialty.
Step 6
Indicate the real date of filling out the work book, but accordingly not earlier than October 6, 2006.
Step 7
Be sure to sign the person filling out the work book and the seal of the organization. If the company does not have a seal, it is possible to issue a certificate of the absence of a seal, but without a seal it is not valid. In the future, the employee may have problems at the next place of work or in a pension fund.
Step 8
Enter the record number, day, month, year in Arabic numerals. Indicate the actual date of employment, even if the employee entered your job before October 6, 2006. At the same time, in column 4 of the "Job Information", make a reference to the basis for making an entry in the book - an employment contract, since earlier it was the responsibility of employers (individual entrepreneurs) did not include the issuance of orders for personnel.
Step 9
In the column "Information about the work" indicate in which department and for which position the employee is hired. Enter the position and signature of the person filling out the work book, put the seal of the organization.
Step 10
In column 5, indicate the basis for accepting the employee (Order No. _ from _).

When terminating labor relations, put down the date of dismissal, the reason, while referring to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, and the order, order or other decision of the employer. Put the seal of the organization, title and signature of the personnel worker.
