Step 1

Now prepare the necessary documents: a pension certificate, a passport, a certificate from the Pension Fund about the type of pension assigned and work experience. An important nuance: if you continue to work in retirement until the required length of service (35 or 40 years), then take a certificate from the place of work that the contributions to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation have been made in full. Only now apply for benefits for housing and communal services. In the same office (possibly in a different office), fill out an application for monetary compensation for those utilities that are provided in your region. But usually everywhere compensation is provided for rent in the amount of 50% of the actual costs of paying for the area attributable to the beneficiary; similarly - within the limits of the standards for electricity, gas, heating, water supply.
