Step 1
To suspend the activities of an LLC on your own initiative, you need to do the following: Create an order, signed by the director or a person authorized to perform these functions, to suspend the activities of the company.
Step 2
Notify by order of all employees about the situation. Take a letter of resignation from employees or, if conflict situations arise, on leave without pay.
Step 3
Write your own application for such leave. Issue appropriate orders to all personnel. There is no need to notify any authorities about this.
Step 4
To maintain the status of an existing company, but simply to suspend the activities of an LLC, regularly prepare and submit to the appropriate services reports with zeros in the columns of turnover, income, expenses, etc. If you do not do this within twelve months, then, firstly, you will be subject to a large fine, and secondly, the society will forcibly close the tax office after a year.
Step 5
If you leave the region of registration for a long time, submit to the registering authority, that is, the Federal Tax Service, a copy of the suspension order. Arrange the submission of zero reports with an intermediary. Make a prepayment for his services and notify your inspector of the person in charge.
Step 6
In the case when you used electronic document management, find an agent authorized for such activities through the tax office. Sign a contract with him for the provision of services and pay for them.
Step 7
Leave the bank account intact in any case, so that the lack of activity is not fictitious due to unexpected turnovers. To do this, send a letter to the bank. Fulfillment of all the described procedures will allow you to keep your society in the desired status.
