Many people who want to start their own business cannot do this due to lack of funds. In this case, you can use the help of the state, which since 2009 has been actively supporting the development of small business. It is quite easy to get a subsidy from the state, you just need to know what is required for this.
It is necessary
- -passport;
- -employment history;
- - insurance certificate of pension insurance;
- -education document;
- - certificate 2-NDFL from the last place of work;
- - an account opened in your name with a savings bank.
Instructions
Step 1
Register with the employment service. The state can provide subsidies only to officially unemployed citizens. To do this, you must reach the age of eighteen and have a work book with a record and seal of the dismissal, and the reason for dismissal and how much time has passed since it is absolutely not important. The latter will only affect the amount of monthly unemployment benefits that you will receive after registering with the employment center (CPC). If you have not worked anywhere and do not have a work book, then you also have the right to participate in the state program for a subsidy for starting a business.
For registration, you will need to provide a package of documents to the CNZ.
Step 2
Tell the employment service that you want to take part in the state subsidy program. Nobody has the right to refuse you, unless you have already received financial support from the state to open your business.
Step 3
Decide on the type of activity that you want to do. Please note that each region has its own restrictions and the state does not fund all activities. It is especially easy to get money for a business related to animal husbandry, poultry farming, crop production and the provision of various household services.
Step 4
Make a business plan. It consists of 6 sections:
- information data;
- essence of the project;
- production and sales plan;
- justification of the project cost;
- calculation of the cost of products / services, sales prices;
- justification of the project's viability.
The business plan forms will be given to you at the Central Cancer Center.
Step 5
Submit your business plan to the employment service, after making a copy of it. This is necessary so that you can refresh your memory before defending the project after it has been approved. Project approval time - up to 2 weeks.
Step 6
Protect the project. The defense takes place in the employment center in front of the commission in the form of a conversation, in which you simply need to answer a number of questions regarding your future business. After the defense, you will need to wait for the decision of the commission, which is taken within a few days.
Step 7
If the decision is positive, go to the employment center and sign the subsidy agreement. Then go to the tax office and register your activity, preferably as an individual entrepreneur (individual entrepreneur). It will be faster, cheaper and easier. Your documents will be ready within 5 days.
Step 8
Submit your business registration documents to the employment center. The money will be credited to your account within a few days.
Step 9
Finally, within 3 months from the date you received the subsidy, report on how you used the money. To do this, take all sales and cash receipts, purchase certificates, and so on and bring them to the employment center.
Step 10
Do not forget that the interdepartmental commission periodically reviews the implementation of the business plan.
Step 11
In 2011, the subsidy for starting a business is 58,800 rubles.
