If you are just going to start selling beer, then you need to register a legal entity with the tax authority at the location of the organization. Best of all is a limited liability company. Those entrepreneurs who have already been involved in the sale of beer will also not be able to obtain a license to sell it, in connection with which they will have to refuse this or go through the re-registration procedure.

Next, you need to prepare a copy of the received certificates of registration and registration of a legal entity along with the statutory documents of the company.

In addition, you will need to obtain a certificate from the tax office stating that you are not in arrears in paying taxes and fees.

If you previously paid tax on imputed income, then you will have to change the taxation system, since obtaining a license is possible only when applying the general taxation system.

When applying for a license, you will also need a cash register registration card, therefore, a cash register must be installed at the point of sale.

Do not forget to make copies of certificates from the fire inspectorate and the sanitary-epidemiological service (and if they are not, then first get them) about the compliance of your trade facility with their legal requirements.

If you are the owner of the premises, you will be asked to provide copies of the documents confirming your ownership. Otherwise, you will be required to provide a copy of the lease when applying for a license.

Further, it will be necessary to submit all the collected documents to the licensing authority at the same time as writing an application for a license.
