The interests of buyers of goods and services are guarded by federal legislation and, in particular, the main law governing their relationship with sellers - "On Protection of Consumer Rights." According to him, you can return money for any product: purchased for cash, bank transfer or on credit. You can return back both a product that turned out to be of poor quality, and one that for some reason did not suit you, or you simply changed your mind about purchasing it.

Step 1
According to Article 25 of the "Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights", you have the right to exchange a high-quality non-food product for another, similar one, if it does not suit you in its shape, size, size, color or any other parameters. If a similar product is not available for sale or also does not meet your requirements, then you have the right to terminate the sale and purchase agreement with this store and return your money.
Step 2
You can return money for a quality product under this pretext, the only condition for such a return will be only its term - within two weeks from the date of purchase. In this case, you need to fill out your request in writing and write an application for a refund.
Step 3
Write a statement to the director of the store where the item was purchased. In the application, in its address part, in the upper right corner, be sure to indicate the position of the head and the name of the outlet, the address where it is located. Below, after the word "from:", write your last name, first name and patronymic, residence address and passport details or the number of any document proving your identity.
Step 4
In the middle of the line, write the word "Statement" and state the essence of the matter. Indicate the date of purchase, the article and the brand of the goods purchased in this store and state the request for a refund of the amount paid for it. In the event that you return a quality product, you cannot claim payment for the shipping costs you incurred. It is not required to indicate the reason why you are returning the product to the store, but you can write that it did not suit you by any parameters or by its configuration.
Step 5
After the words: "In connection with the above, I ask you to return the money to me for this product", indicate the method of refund. This can be a postal order to the specified address, a transfer to a bank account, or cash through the cashier of the store. If you want to receive money on your account, do not forget to indicate the name of your bank, its details and your account number.
