Instructions
Step 1
Register a legal entity with the tax authorities. Obtain a certificate of registration, statistics codes and contact the MRP for registration of the seal. Open a bank account.
Step 2
Rent or build a room that meets all the requirements of Rospotrebnadzor and the fire department, or re-equip it in accordance with these requirements. The room should be well ventilated, illuminated, and have a flat concrete floor. Immediately conclude an agreement on the removal of industrial waste and an agreement for regular pest control and deratization of the premises. Equip the room with fire-fighting equipment.
Step 3
Contact the environmental service, where you can submit constituent documents, a lease (or ownership) agreement for the premises, design and technological documents, bank details and agreements for garbage collection and sanitation of the premises. Get a positive opinion on the condition of the premises.
Step 4
Contact the fire department with an application for an expert opinion on the condition of the premises. Get a positive opinion from a representative of this service.
Step 5
Purchase or rent all the necessary equipment, which must be equipped with measuring devices for the volume of production. These devices must have mandatory certificates, and subsequently sealed by the Federal Service for the Regulation of the Alcohol Market. The enterprise must have a quality control laboratory. Hire staff, conduct an interview. Ask applicants for the vacancy to submit a certificate from the drug treatment clinic.
Step 6
Contact Rospotrebnadzor and submit product samples to obtain a certificate of conformity and a certificate of product quality. Get expert opinions and certifications.
Step 7
Contact the Federal Service for the Regulation of the Alcohol Market to obtain a license to produce alcohol. Submit the following documents: - application form indicating all the details of the organization and product names;
- certified copies of constituent documents;
- a certified copy of the registration of a legal entity and the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- certified copies of documents confirming the presence of the statutory capital;
- certified copies of the conclusions of the environmental and fire service;
- certified copies of certificates;
