The "Autopayment" service allows you not to think about paying bills, taxes, mobile phone, Internet and other services. Payment is made automatically from the Sberbank card account according to the specified parameters.
It is necessary
- - bank card;
- - mobile phone;
- - access to Sberbank online;
- - codeword;
- - passport.
Instructions
Step 1
The motives for turning off auto payment can be very varied. But independently of them, there are five ways to do this: through the Mobile Bank, through the Internet to Sberbank online, through the operator by the phone of the Contact Center, through the terminal or branch of Sberbank.
Step 2
Disconnection via SMS is suitable for those who have active automatic mobile top-up. To deactivate auto payment through the Mobile Bank, send the following text to the number 900: "AUTO PAYMENT (hyphen) 9 ********* 1234". Instead of asterisks, indicate the phone number, and 1234 - the last four digits of the bank card from which the debiting was carried out. If you have one payment connected to your phone from one card, you can send a message like "AUTOPLATE-" without additional details. If the operation is successful, you will receive an SMS confirming the disconnection of the service.
Step 3
To deactivate the service via the Internet, go to your Sberbank account online. Open the section "Payments and transfers", the tab "My auto payments" - "Management". Opposite the service you no longer need, select the "Disable" action. All that remains is to confirm the deactivation of auto payment via SMS.
Step 4
Another remote way to disable auto payment is by calling the Sberbank contact center 8 (800) 555-55-50. Wait for the operator's response and provide the necessary data. In particular, the codeword and parameters of the service you want to disable.
Step 5
Disconnection through ATMs and Sberbank terminals is possible if they provide the ability to manage services. Insert the card into the ATM, enter the pin code and select the "Disable auto payment" section. It remains to follow the instructions of the terminal. If the transaction is successful, the ATM will give you a check indicating that auto payment is disabled.
Step 6
Finally, the traditional disconnection method involves a personal visit to the bank branch. Take your passport with you and inform the operator about your desire to disable auto payment.
