Auto payment is a banking service with which you can pay for various services automatically. To disable auto payment from Sberbank via phone, you need to use a special command.
Instructions
Step 1
You can turn off auto payment from Sberbank via your phone by sending a special SMS message to 900. In the message, enter the AUTO PAYMENT command and, separated by spaces, your mobile phone number and the last four digits of your bank card. You will receive an automatic response with a notification that the service was successfully deactivated.
Step 2
You can also disable auto payment through the Sberbank Online system or the Mobile Bank application. Log in using your personal username and password. Go to the “Transfers and Payments” section and click on the link on the right “My Auto Payments”, then select “Manage Auto Payments”. You will be presented with a page with a list of current active automatic payments. Disable some or all of them as needed.
Step 3
Scroll down any of the pages of your personal account in Sberbank Online, and you will see the free hotline numbers where you can call the bank. The main all-Russian number is 8 (800) 555-55-50. After contacting the operator, ask him to disable automatic payment in manual mode. The application will be reviewed and executed within one business day.
Step 4
Using the Sberbank Online system, you can write an e-mail to the bank's support service. To do this, click on the link "Letter to the bank". In the text of the message, indicate a list of all unnecessary auto payments and ask to disable them.
Step 5
Contact any branch of Sberbank closest to you, taking your passport with you to turn off auto payment. You will be prompted to complete a Cancellation Application Form. Give the completed form to the bank staff and await their review. If possible, try using a Sberbank ATM through your card. In the services section, select the item "My auto payments", and then indicate which of them you want to disable.
