Increasingly, users of banking services are trying to disable auto payment from a Sberbank card, since most of them prefer to pay for their services on their own, rather than automatically. There are several ways to disable the service, which differ in speed and convenience.

The easiest and fastest way to disable auto payment from a Sberbank card is using a mobile phone. The organization has a single 900 number for activating or deactivating services. Send a message to it with the following content: "AUTOPLATE-9 ********* 1234". Asterisks will mean your phone number, and as 1234 put the last digits of your bank card to which auto payment was connected. If any services with autobilling of funds are no longer connected to the phone, in the message you can simply indicate “AUTO PAYMENT-” without additional information. After a while, you will receive a response message notifying that the operation was successful.
Step 2
Call the contact center of the organization at 8 (800) 555-55-50 to disable the auto payment service remotely. As soon as the operator answers, tell him your data and tell him what service you need to disable. Be prepared to name the personal code word issued by the bank at the time of the conclusion of the service agreement.
Step 3
You can disable auto payment from a Sberbank card via the Internet using your personal account on the Sberbank Online website. Go to the "Payments and Transfers" section, open the "My Auto Payments" tab and select the "Manage" item. Find the service you need in the list and deactivate it. To confirm the operation, enter in the special field the code that will be sent to your mobile phone number in the form of SMS.

You will need a passport and a code word for the customer service representative to fulfill the request. Also, it will be useful to have a mobile phone, which will receive a message with the appropriate notification.
