Sberbank of Russia offers its clients the Autopayment service. In accordance with the conditions, the phone's balance is automatically replenished from the client's international bank card account when it drops to the set threshold. There are several ways to disable this service.

Instructions
Step 1
You can disable the Auto Payment service through terminals and ATMs, as well as by sending a message from your mobile phone to a short number. To apply for deactivation of the service through a self-service device, insert the card into an ATM (terminal). Enter the PIN-code and open the section "Information and Service" or "Mobile Banking".
Step 2
Click on the "Auto Payments" button and select your mobile operator from the list. Enter the phone number on which the service was active and click on the "Disable auto payments" button. Confirm the operation. Take your bank card and wait for the receipt to be printed.
Step 3
The check will indicate that the request to deactivate the Auto Payment service has been accepted. After agreeing on the disconnection with the mobile operator, the service will be deactivated no later than the next calendar day. True, there is one caveat: if you entered the data incorrectly in the application, the bank will not inform you about it. In this case, you can try again to disconnect in the described way or contact a bank branch for help.
Step 4
In order to deactivate the "Auto Payment" service using SMS, you need to send a message to a special number of the mobile operator. Select the "Messages" section in the phone menu, create a new SMS, enter the number 900 in the "To" field and enter the message "Auto payment–" without quotes.
Step 5
Also, the message can be in the format Avtoplatezh–, Avtopay–, Avtotel–, Auto–, Autotel–. If several payment cards are connected to the phone number, indicate at the end the last four digits from the card number. You can also specify the phone number for which you want to disable the service, but this parameter is not required.
Step 6
If you decide that it is better to send the full text of the message with all the parameters, your SMS should look like this: Auto payment - XXXXXXXXXX (NNNN), where X is the phone number without the prefix 8 (or +7), and N is the last four digits of the number cards. Your message will be processed, you will receive a notification from the bank that the cancellation of the service was successful, and it will be disabled in the near future.
