Instructions

Step 1

To fill out the declaration, a special program "Declaration" is used, which can be said on the official website of the IFTS. After installing it, click the "setting conditions" tab. On it, enter the number of the tax authority at your place of residence, mark item 3-NDFL in the column for the type of declaration. Mark in the column of available income the item that reads the following: "taken into account by" certificates of income of an individual ", income under civil law contracts, and so on."

Step 2

On the "Information about the declarant" tab, enter your personal data in accordance with the passport, including the date and place of birth, as well as the details of the identity document, including its number, series, date and place of issue. Write the full address of your registration, contact phone number.

Step 3

On the tab "Income received in the Russian Federation" click on the button "13", which means that you are transferring personal income tax to the state budget in the amount of 13%. Then write in the name of the company (including the legal form) where you currently work. Indicate the taxpayer identification number, the code of the reason for registering with the tax service of the company where you work.

Step 4

Using the data of the 2-NDFL certificate for the previous six months from your place of work, enter your salary in turn for each month of the reporting period, not forgetting to indicate the income code from the appropriate reference book.

Step 5

On the Deductions tab, select a social deduction and check the box for granting it. Write down the amount of money you spent on your training. To do this, you should use receipts or bank statements, which are confirmation of the fact of payment.

Step 6

Save the completed declaration, print, copy to electronic media (floppy disk). Attach to the document a 2-NDFL certificate, a copy of your passport, payment receipt, copies of the license, accreditation of the institute (certified by a blue seal), an agreement with the university. The return must be submitted to the tax office before April 30 of the year following the reporting year. Do not forget to indicate the details of your current account so that the funds will be credited to it within 4 months.
