Step 1

Confirm the accuracy in person, if you fill out the declaration yourself, by a representative, if an individual or legal entity submits it for you.

Step 2

In the information about the declarant, enter your last name, first name, patronymic, date and place of birth, type of identity document, its series, number, date of issue and the name of the issuing authority. Write the address of your place of residence (postal code, region, city, town, street, house, building, apartment number) and your contact phone number.

Step 3

In the income column, select the number 13, which corresponds to the personal income tax rate. Enter the name of the company you work for, its taxpayer identification number, registration code. Indicate the amount of income for the last six months from the 2-NDFL certificate issued to you at the place of work.

Step 4

In the deduction box, enter the deduction code corresponding to your category. Check the box for deduction per child (s) if you have a complete family, deduction per child (s) for single parent if you are raising a child (s) alone.

Step 5

If during the reporting period the number of children did not change, check the corresponding box. If you have one or more children during the current tax period, please enter the corresponding figure from the month the number of children changed.
