In recent years, most people have realized that beer is much more pleasant to drink in a pub than in courtyards. Correspondingly, there are more and more beer halls. To open a brewery that would be successful, you need to think over its concept - what would make it different from others.
Instructions
Step 1
Before opening a pub, you should go through the establishments of future competitors and analyze what you like and what you don't. This way, you can take the best from them and not make their mistakes.
Step 2
It is also important to remember that beer consumption has long gone beyond gatherings with friends somewhere in the yard or in the country. Everyone drinks beer - both low-income strata of the population and quite wealthy people. Before you open a pub, decide for whom you are opening it. After that, it will be easier for you to decide on the place of the future pub: you can open an inexpensive establishment near the metro, or you can have an elite pub somewhere in a prestigious residential area. The assortment also depends on the contingent: in an elite pub there is no place for cheap bottled beer, which can be bought in any tent.
Step 3
The mechanism for opening a pub itself is not much different from the mechanism for opening a cafe: you register as an individual entrepreneur or open a company, look for and rent a room, get all the permits, make the necessary repairs in the premises, negotiate with the suppliers of beer itself, other products and equipment, look for staff. It is a good idea to keep your own brewery in the beer hall - freshly brewed beer is popular.
Step 4
There are many beer halls in Moscow, so don't forget about advertising. A bright signboard, inscriptions on the asphalt (by the way, a very cheap and popular form of advertising) can attract customers to a pub. You can distribute flyers, advertise the pub on the Internet. However, the best and most effective way to attract customers will, of course, be word of mouth: if your first customers like your beer, they will surely bring their acquaintances to you.
Step 5
If you doubt that you can come up with a concept for a brewery that would become popular, you can buy a franchise of an existing brewery. As a rule, in this case, you will open an institution that is already familiar to consumers, and the costs of advertising and attracting customers will be minimal.
