Step 1
To pay the money on the presented claim, get a writ of execution at the court office, make a photocopy of it. Contact the accounting department at your place of work. Write an application, present a writ of execution and a photocopy. A photocopy of the document will remain in the accounting department, the original will be kept with you.
Step 2
In the application, indicate the checking account or post office number of the plaintiff. If you do not know either one or the other, then it is enough to indicate the address to which funds will be transferred monthly from the entire amount of your income as a percentage. If the writ of execution indicates the amount of the repayment of the claim in a fixed amount, then the accountant will make monthly transfers in accordance with the specified amount.
Step 3
If you are currently unemployed, you must, regardless of this, begin claim payments within two months of the date of the court order. You can get a job or transfer the amount owed monthly on your own to the plaintiff's address or to his bank account.
Step 4
If you were ordered to pay a lump sum under a writ of execution, which is done, most often, if income is unstable or absent, then make the transfers by bank or postal order. Keep all received financial documents on the transfer for at least 5 years after the full repayment of the debt.
Step 5
If you were awarded to make payments as a percentage of the amount of your income, and you have no income, then you are required to make transfers based on the minimum wage, which today is 4611 rubles.
Step 6
In the absence of payments on the claim, your property will be described by the bailiffs and will be paid to pay off your debt. If this amount is not enough, then you will be forced to work.
