The Telecard system is an online banking service from Gazprombank. It allows you to remotely manage your cards and accounts. You can register and add a new card to your profile with the help of a bank employee or through an ATM.
System "Telecard"
The Telecard system was developed by Gazprombank for the convenience of its customers. Operations are monitored and accounts are managed through the mobile phone to which the banking product is registered.
The system allows:
- to receive operational information about the transactions carried out on the cards, debiting and crediting funds;
- set a daily limit for spending money on each card;
- learn about the status of accounts, available payment limit, daily limit;
- get a mini-statement of the last 5 transactions performed;
- learn about other important events;
- repay credit card debt using the "Payment Service" service;
- pay utility bills, satellite TV, communication services, internet.
To carry out these and other operations, you need to download the official application.
Registration in the "Telecard" system
You can register a card in the Telecard system through Gazprombank ATMs. To do this, insert the card into the device, enter the correct PIN-code and select the "Service registration" item. After completing the procedure, you will receive a check with information about the activation code (to confirm registration in the system), the access code to the bank card, the Bank's phone numbers, instructions for activating the service. All the necessary information will be sent to the mobile phone specified during registration.
To manage maps, you need to install the application on your smartphone. It can be downloaded from the official App Store or Google Play. Open the installed application and enter your phone number. A confirmation code will be sent to him. After entering the code, the system will offer to come up with a unique password of 6 characters, including at least one capital letter. After that, the mobile device is connected to the Telecard system.
How to add a card to the Telecard system
Gazprombank's client can add any number of cards to the Telecard system. To do this, you need to insert a plastic card, enter the PIN-code, select the item "Registration of services", click on "Add card to Telecard" and follow the further instructions.
To add a card via a smartphone, open the installed application. In your personal account you will see all Gazprombank cards issued in your name. And in the "Hidden Cards" section, cards, inactive cards are displayed. To activate them in the application, click on the plus sign next to the map. Then you need to enter the CVC2 code, which is on the back. After that, the product is activated to work in the application. After that, you can perform all the operations available in the system with them: check Gazprombank, make a payment using templates, set a monthly limit, etc.
