Step 1

Top up your account on the Kyivstar website using a Visa or MasterCard bank card. You can also do this by phone by calling 999. Calling this number is free, no commission is charged for replenishing the account.
Step 6
By bank transfer, the account can be replenished by specifying the payment details of the cellular operator by calling 466. You will also need to indicate your phone number and personal account number, which is specified in the agreement with the cellular operator. The transfer of funds may take up to 3 business days.
Step 7
After depositing funds to the phone number, check the balance again in order to find out whether the funds were credited or not.
