Today one of the most profitable business projects is the project of organizing a private clinic. Indeed, in order to open a center for the provision of medical services or a hospital, it is not necessary to have a doctor's diploma. The main thing in this business is to be able to organize the business in such a way that the best specialists in your region want to work in the clinic.

Step 1
Draw up a business plan for the clinic, in which you define the goals and cost of the future project. As a rule, in order for a clinic to immediately take its rightful place in the market of medical services, significant financial investments are required to open it, so you need to immediately decide on sustainable sources of investment in the project.
Step 2
Before you start looking for a room for a hospital, carefully study all the regulations governing the activities of medical institutions and familiarize yourself with the requirements for the sanitary state, personnel and equipment of modern clinics.
Step 3
Choose a room for the clinic. Depending on what kind of medical services your center will provide, decide on the size of the room. So, for example, if you plan to open a small dental office, then a room of 25-30 sq.m. will be quite enough for you. If you have significant funds, then, if you wish, you can organize a dispensary specializing in various diseases. It is not difficult to find a premise for a medical institution of this magnitude, especially since in many cities, unfortunately, there are still many empty buildings that require only cosmetic repairs.
Step 4
Purchase all the equipment you need. When buying equipment, avoid unnecessary savings and enter into contracts only with serious manufacturers (if possible, foreign ones), since reliable suppliers will be able to provide high-quality technical maintenance of the equipment in the future.
Step 5
Announce a competition to fill the vacant positions of the clinic's full-time specialists. Pay attention to what kind of work experience the applicants for the positions have, whether they have all the necessary diplomas and certificates.
Step 6
Obtain a license to provide medical services. Submit a package of necessary documents to the local branch of the Licensing Chamber, namely:
- a certified copy of the certificate of registration of a legal entity or individual;
- certified copies of diplomas and certificates of the clinic's specialists;
- a list of necessary medical equipment approved by the sanitary service;
- a detailed plan of the clinic premises.
Step 7
Employees of the Licensing Chamber can also request other documents related to the activities of the clinic. For example, in order for your clinic to be able to issue state sick leave certificates to clients, you will need to hire a specialist who already has a certificate for issuing sick leave certificates, a certified copy of which you will have to submit to the Licensing Chamber.
