Entrepreneurs applying the simplified taxation system, regardless of the availability of income, must pay fixed contributions to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation. They can do this on a quarterly basis or in one payment during the year. In any case, the entire amount must be transferred no later than December 31st. You can pay contributions from your current account or through Sberbank in cash.
It is necessary
- - details for the transfer;
- - bank account (optional);
- - cash or account balance in the amount of contributions.
Instructions
Step 1
You can find the payment details on the website of your regional branch of the Pension Fund or in its territorial subdivision serving your registration address.
In the same place, if necessary, specify the amount of the payment.
Step 2
If you want to pay in cash through Sberbank, visit the nearest branch. Ask employees for a receipt for tax payments. A standard form for paying utility bills and other transfers is not suitable, since it does not contain a number of necessary fields. You can also find the form you need on the Internet, fill it out on a computer and print it out on a printer.
In the field for the purpose of payment, indicate your registration number with the Pension Fund, which was given to you by its employees shortly after the registration of the individual entrepreneur.
Give the teller or cashier the money and receipt. Keep it and the receipt given to you.
Step 3
To make a deposit from your current account, you need to prepare a payment order on paper or entrust this work to your bank operator. In the second case, he will need payment details and your registration number with the FIU.
You can also generate a payment order and send it to the bank using the Bank-Client system, if it is connected to your account. The safest way is to paste the details into the form for creating a payment order by copying them from the website of the regional branch of the fund.
Upon completion of the payment, visit the bank and receive a payment there with its mark.
