Have you decided to register as an individual entrepreneur in St. Petersburg? Collect all documents for submission to the Single Registration Center in person or send them by mail.
Instructions
Step 1
Decide what you will do as a sole proprietor. Select at least 3 types of economic activity according to the OKVED directory.
Step 2
Certify the documents (passport, TIN, SNILS) with a notary, if you are going to send them by registered mail. In any case, foreign citizens are required to certify copies of documents translated into Russian, as well as copies of a temporary residence permit or residence permit.
Step 3
Fill out the application in the P21001 form, the form of which you can download on the www.gosuslugi.ru portal or on the www.nalog.ru website. Indicate in the application your personal data (full name, gender, date of birth, citizenship, address, contact phone number), numbers and series of attached documents. List the types of economic activities. To send the application by mail, a notary's signature is required on each sheet.
Step 4
Indicate in the application a list of all attached documents. Select a taxation system (in accordance with the types of economic activity). Write an application for tax registration in the form 2-5-Accounting (USN) or UTII-2 (UTII).
Step 5
Pay the state duty in the established amount to the ECR account. Contact the Unified Registration Center in person or send the documents by registered mail to the address: 191124, St. Petersburg, st. Red Textile Worker, 10-12, letter "O". Together with them, you can submit or send applications for registration with the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, MHIF, FSS and Rosstat. Step 6
Receive no later than 5 working days a certificate of registration of an individual entrepreneur, documents on tax registration, an extract from the USRIP, statistics codes and certificates from extra-budgetary funds. Contact the post office at your place of residence with a notification and a passport to receive documents if you sent them for registration by registered mail.
