The new form of sick leave is a step towards complete automation of the process from issuing a certificate of incapacity for work to its complete calculation and filling. But for now, a significant part of the work needs to be done manually.
Instructions
Step 1
Check the correctness of the sick leave. Filling errors can lead to the fact that the sick leave will not be accepted for credit by the Social Insurance Fund. Sick leave certificates are entered into the database in 1C "Salary and Personnel". If the 1C "Enterprise" program is used, then you need to switch the interface from full to "Payroll organization".
Step 2
Select in the menu the item "Payroll", the sub-item "Absenteeism". Then go to the "Sick leave certificates" section. To add a document, click the "Add" icon in the upper left corner - a green circle with a straight cross. The Add symbol pops up when you hover over the icon.
Step 3
In the document that opens, fill in all the fields in accordance with the data on the sick leave. When calling the list of employees to fill in personal data, once again make sure that the spelling of the surname and name of the employee in the sick leave is completely identical with the data of the enterprise directory loaded into the 1C program.
Step 4
Enter the dates of issue and closure of the sick leave and its number in the appropriate fields of the document. Fill in your seniority information. If this employee already has sick leave in the program, the "Work experience" fields and the percentage of payment on the certificate of incapacity for work will be filled in automatically. In the "Type of disease" box, select the one you need from the list provided: "Disease", "Industrial injury", "Care of a sick child", etc.
Step 5
Click the "Calculate sick leave" caption. Post your document. The completed sick leave goes to the base for filling out the set of wages. If revision of the data is required, perform only the "Write down" operation and leave the document unchecked until clarification.
Step 6
Find the "Print" button in the lower right corner of the document. Select the required form from the list provided. Print and enter the calculated data on the sick leave.
