The main instrument aimed at stimulating the growth of small and medium-sized businesses is a small grant for starting a business. To obtain it, the only condition is necessary: the applicant must be unemployed and registered at the employment center. The main focus of this grant is the purchase of tools or equipment needed to start a business. Use this opportunity to receive funds if you are not currently working.
Step 2
The second instrument of assistance to SMEs is a grant for 300 thousand rubles. It is intended for small and medium-sized businesses that are just planning to open, or that have existed for no more than one year. To obtain this grant, contact the Economic Development Committee of your city administration. In some cases, it is necessary to take courses for a beginner entrepreneur, which are free. The presence or absence of work does not matter at all: you need a competently drawn up business plan, as well as a certain amount of your own contribution - the more, the better. If you are unemployed, then a scheme may work for you, according to which you receive a small grant, for which you do not need your own contribution, and apply for a grant of 300 thousand, claiming the funds received from the small grant as a personal contribution. This scheme is absolutely legal and does not violate the rules of the competition, therefore it is recommended for use.
Step 3
The basis of any business is reliable partnerships, both within the city and within the country and in the international format. In Russia there is a non-profit structure "Euro Info Correspondent Center", the main goal of which is to develop business in terms of establishing partnerships both within Russia and with companies from other countries. Working with this organization is absolutely free and does not oblige you to anything. Your data will be posted in the information system, and a request for partnership will be sent to all EICCs both in Russia and Europe, as well as to countries where this organization is located.
