If you don't have any business experience yet, but want to start your own business, it makes sense to start by registering a small private company. The simplest organizational and legal form of all is an individual entrepreneur.

- - collect and submit a package of documents to the tax office;
- - pay the state fee;
- - open a current account.
Instructions
Step 1
Go to the website of the tax service and download there a list of documents required for registering an individual entrepreneur. If you do not have access to the Internet, go to the tax authority at the place of your registration and take the necessary forms there, in particular the application form N P21001. If you have any questions about filling out the documents, immediately consult with the inspector. Also, upon receipt of the form, you must immediately take the details of this tax authority - you can use them to pay the state duty.
Step 2
In any bank or savings bank, pay the state duty for state registration of an individual as an individual entrepreneur.
Step 3
Fill out the forms and submit them along with a receipt for payment of state duty to the tax office. Please note: if you filled out the forms on the computer, you can no longer enter anything into them by hand, but if you filled them in by hand, take the same pen with you just in case.
Step 4
The inspector will give you a receipt - it will indicate all the documents you have received and the date of the decision on the registration of an individual entrepreneur in connection with your application. The usual processing time for an application is five working days.
Step 5
At the specified time, you need to come to the tax office with your passport and receipt. If your application is considered positively, then you will be given the following documents: a certificate of registration as an individual entrepreneur, a certificate of registration with a tax authority, an extract from the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs (USRIP).
Step 6
Take all the documents received and go to the bank - open a current account. Opening an account is a paid procedure. You will be given a card with a sample signature, you will need to have it certified by a notary. You can also print if you want, but this is not necessary.
