Many Russians now want to invest in the CIS countries, registering their enterprises there. The process of registering an enterprise in the territories of the countries of the former USSR is somewhat different from the domestic one, although there are also many common characteristics.
It is necessary
- - registration in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine;
- - registration with the tax office;
- - registration with the Pension Fund.

Step 1
In Ukraine, as in many other countries, the process of registering an enterprise depends on the form of its organizational and legal ownership. The simplest procedure for registering a business entity. Once registered, you can choose a flat tax, that is, a flat rate that must be paid every month, regardless of the amount of profit. The main thing is that the maximum annual turnover does not exceed 500 thousand hryvnia, that is, 2 million rubles.
Step 2
Reporting as a business entity, you must submit every three months, opening a bank account and your own seal of your own free will. For registration, submit to the municipal authority, the so-called Unified Permitting Center (Single Call Center), identity documents (passport and copies), an identification code and inform about the type of activity of the future company. After that, you will be given an extract about the registration of your company in the Unified State Register, with which you contact the tax office to register for tax accounting and register with the Pension Fund, social insurance and statistics department.
Step 3
Registration of a limited liability company is a more complicated procedure. Here, in addition to the above documents, provide the statutory documents of the company, as well as open a bank account and obtain permission to print.
Step 4
To register a representative office of a foreign company, prepare the necessary package of documents, obtain a print permit, open a bank account and register with the local tax office, the Ministry of Economy, the Pension Fund and the Department of Statistics.
Step 5
Attach to the usual package of documents an extract from the trade or judicial register of the country where the head office of the foreign enterprise is located (in 3 copies), a request from a legal entity of Ukraine to open a "P" type account for a representative office and a power of attorney from the head of the foreign enterprise to perform representative functions in Ukraine.
