Entrepreneurs can make contributions to the Pension Fund and other off-budget funds both from their current account and in cash through Sberbank. The latter option is considered by many to be more convenient, despite the need to stand in line.
Participants in the co-financing program usually fund their personalized accounts with the Pension Fund through Sberbank.
It is better to check the possibility of cashless transfer of funds to the Pension Fund from the current account of an individual with a specific credit institution.
Step 2
In any case, you need the recipient's details to make a payment. They can be obtained in several ways.
The most primitive, but time-consuming, is to personally visit your fund branch, serving the address of registration at the place of residence, during office hours.
The address of the required territorial unit can be found on the website of the Pension Fund or its regional branch. On the latter's web page, payment details are usually available as well.
These details can be copied and pasted into the form for creating a payment order or into the Sberbank receipt form for budget payments.
Step 3
Entrepreneurs who have an account in the Elba Electronic Accountant service, including a free account, can generate payment documents for quarterly or annual contributions in the system interface by selecting payment of contributions to non-budgetary funds from the list of urgent tasks and following the system prompts. Then - select the option of a receipt or a payment order, depending on the method of payment, the period for which deductions are made, save the document and print or export to Internet banking.
Step 4
When paying contributions on a receipt, you need to visit a Sberbank branch with a completed receipt and cash. In the document, you must not forget to indicate the number of your pension insurance certificate and, if available (this applies only to entrepreneurs), the registration number in the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation.
The same information is also indicated in the payment order in the column for the purpose of the payment.
A printed and certified signature and, if available, a seal must be taken to the bank.
When paying via Internet banking, you will then have to enter the printed payment order into the branch of the credit institution where the account is opened, so that they can put a mark on it.
