Step 1
Fill out an application for registering a farm. This document must be drawn up in the form No. Р21001 and signed by the head of the farm. The completed application must be certified by a notary.
Step 2
Sign the agreement for the establishment of a peasant farm. If there are several participants, the document must be signed by all members of the future economy.
Step 3
Obtain parental consent to manage this case (in case the head of the farm has not reached the age of majority). This document must be signed and certified by a notary.
Step 4
Pay the state fee at any branch of the bank and keep the receipt confirming this transaction.
Step 5
Contact the registration authority at your place of residence to obtain state registration of a farm. The prospective entrepreneur must provide all collected documents in accordance with Federal Law No. 74-FZ.
Step 6
Wait five business days. It is after this time that the state registration procedure must be completed. Then you can take the certificate and start working directly.
