According to Regulation 14 of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation of January 5, 1998, each enterprise is obliged to annually submit to the servicing bank the calculation of the cash limit in the form of 0408020. If necessary, to change the limit during the year, fill in a new document form and submit it to the bank for approval. It is strictly forbidden to keep an over-limit amount at the cash desk after collection.

Instructions

Step 1

Fill in all columns in the document in accordance with the current Regulation 14 of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. In the appropriate field, write the full name of your organization, the number of the current account in the bank. Fill out the form in duplicate. One will remain with you, the second - at the servicing bank.

Step 2

Fill in the name of the bank to which you are submitting the cash balance limit. If your organization is served by two or more banks, then you can choose any of them. It is best to choose the closest bank to your organization. In all other banks, you must submit a copy of the approved limit with the original seal of the institution and the signature of the bank director, the head of your company and the chief accountant.

Step 3

In the revenue column, indicate the entire revenue of the enterprise for the billing period, which is three months. Indicate all figures in thousands, that is, if the revenue is thousands, rubles and kopecks, round it up to a full thousand. If the revenue of your organization has gone up sharply in the last month, indicate the amount of the last month. If your organization has just opened, fill in the amount that you expect to receive as revenue on the document.

Step 4

Enter the average daily revenue in the appropriate line. To do this, add up all the amounts for 3 months and divide by the number of working days of your organization in 3 months.

Step 5

Calculate and record the average hourly revenue. To do this, divide the average daily revenue by the number of working hours of the enterprise per day.

Step 6

According to the Decree of the Central Bank, you must indicate only cash. If they are not there or the calculation is by checks, then put a dash in all columns.

Step 7

In the cash payment line, write down the amount of expenses for 3 months and the number of working days of the organization in accordance with paragraph 1.

Step 8

Submit the document to your manager and chief accountant for signature. Take it to the bank of your choice.

Step 9

The bank will approve the limit for you, put the seal and signature of the person in charge.
