Filling in the Calculation of payments for negative environmental impact (hereinafter referred to as the Calculation) is carried out by enterprises and individuals whose activities are related to the use of natural resources, leading to emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere, discharge of pollutants into ground and surface waters, and disposal of industrial waste. The completed Calculation is submitted to payers no later than the 20th day of the month that follows the previous reporting quarter.
Instructions
Step 1
Fill in all the lines on the cover sheet of the Calculation. Indicate in line 1 the type of document: primary or corrective. Mark the name of the Rostechnadzor body where the document is submitted; number of report pages; full name of the organization in accordance with the constituent documents; the address of the enterprise; contact phone number; TIN and KPP codes. In lines 10 and 11, affix the signatures of the head and chief accountant of the company to confirm the completeness and accuracy of all information provided in the Calculation.
Step 2
Calculate the amount of payment paid to the budget for all objects of negative impact on the environment. Fill in the tables of the sheet "Calculation of the amount of payment to be paid to the budget".
Step 3
Indicate in section 1 "Emissions of harmful substances into the atmospheric air from stationary objects" data on harmful substances emitted into the atmospheric air. On line 010, mark the number and date of issue of the permit to carry out such actions, and on line 020 - the period of validity of this permit.
Step 4
Next, fill in the fields with data for each pollutant that is taxed for its negative impact on the environment. Note the maximum allowable and actual value of this emission during the reporting period. Calculate all the amounts to be paid to the budget for various characteristics of the harmful substance.
Step 5
Note in section 2 the characteristics of harmful substances that are emitted into the atmosphere from mobile pollution objects. Sum up the amount to pay for the negative impact of these substances on the environment.
Step 6
Fill out section 3 of the Calculation, which indicates the data of harmful substances discharged into water bodies. Please note the number, date of issue and validity of the permit to carry out such activities. Calculate the amount of payment to the budget for the discharge of harmful substances into surface and groundwater.
Step 7
Indicate in section 4 of the Calculation data on the disposal of consumption and production waste, as well as the number, date and duration of the established limit for the implementation of this activity. Summarize the amounts of payments to the budget for waste disposal.
