Step 1
First, it should be clarified that if you work with different banks, it is enough to submit the calculation of the cash balance limit to one of them, while in others it is enough to bring a copy certified by the manager.

This document is filled in according to form No. 0408020 in duplicate, one of which remains in the bank, the other is handed over to you. Remember that within a year you can retake the calculation.

First, it is necessary to put in the name itself the year for which the calculation of the limit is submitted. Then write the name of the organization in the name, and you can not completely, for example, LLC "Vostok".

Next, indicate the number of the current account opened with this bank. Below, respectively, is the name of the bank.

After that, go to the main part of the letterhead. It is according to the data below that the bank will decide whether to give you a limit on the declared amount or not. All figures are taken from the last three months. In the line "cash proceeds" indicate all receipts, including loans, earmarked income and others, that is, all cash received by the organization.

Then divide the above amount by the number of working days in three months, enter the resulting number in the line "average daily revenue". Below you can indicate the average revenue per hour, but this is not required.

On the next line, indicate the amount of money that was paid for various needs, this can include general business needs, business trip costs and others. But minus social expenses, as well as the cost of wages.
Step 8
Then add up all expenses for the last three months, divide by the number of days for the same period and write the resulting number in the line "average daily expense".
Step 9
Next, you need to determine the deadline for the delivery of proceeds to the bank, for this, indicate the working hours of the organization, as well as the hours of delivery of cash to the bank branch.
Step 10
Fill in the requested limit below. It can be slightly overestimated relative to the average daily revenue. It is also necessary to write down the purpose of its location at the cash desk of the organization, for example, for the purchase of fuel and lubricants or for the payment of wages.
Step 11
The calculation of the cash balance limit is signed by the head and the chief accountant of the organization. Further, the signatures are certified with a seal. Remember that all blank lines must be filled with a dash.
Step 12
Below the bank's decision is drawn up, this is directly done by the head of the department or another responsible person. The bank must also put its official stamp.
