It is necessary

  • - application for dismissal;
  • - calculator.

Instructions

Step 1

To receive a full calculation, you must apply for dismissal, work out the 14 days prescribed by labor legislation. If you worked under a fixed-term contract, then you can quit by notifying the employer 3 days before the dismissal.

Step 2

You are required to issue a full calculation and all documents on the last working day. If this day falls on weekends or holidays, then the first working day after the holidays or weekends will be considered the day of calculation.

Step 3

As a calculation, you will receive compensation for unused vacation days and current wages. Compensation is calculated based on the average earnings in the 12 months prior to dismissal. To do this, add up all the amounts earned from which income tax was withheld, divided by 12 and by 29, 6. The resulting figure will be equal to the payment of compensation for one day of unused vacation.

Step 4

If you did not work all year before dismissal, then the average earnings will be calculated based on the amounts actually earned, which will be divided by the months actually worked and by 29, 6.

Step 5

To calculate the due days of compensation, divide the amount of your vacation by 12 and multiply by the number of months worked. If you worked the last month for more than 15 days, then you will be paid compensation for the entire month, if less than 15 days, then you are not entitled to compensation.

Step 6

If you have already taken a vacation and did not have time to work the required number of months before dismissal, then the overpayment for the vacation will be deducted from you from the estimated money.

Step 7

Your salary will be added to your compensation for all working days before dismissal. Income tax of 13% will be deducted from the entire amount. You get the rest as a calculation.

Step 8

If your dismissal takes place due to the liquidation of the enterprise or the reduction of personnel, then you are required to pay the average earnings for two months and the entire current salary (Article 81 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation).
