Step 1
Open the website of the Federal Tax Service of Russia nalog.ru and follow the link "Generate a payment order" located on the main page of the site. You will be taken to a page with a data entry form. If you don't know something, feel free to skip it. This option is convenient because the taxpayer does not need to remember the number and details of the tax office that serves him. It is enough to enter in the proposed form only the name of the company or individual entrepreneur and the legal address (in the case of an entrepreneur, the address of registration at the place of residence).
Step 2
At a certain stage, the system will prompt you to choose the method of paying tax: in cash or from a current account. Since you need exactly the payment system for the bank, choose the second option.
At the first, the system will generate a receipt for paying tax through Sberbank. Many entrepreneurs prefer this option, but it is not suitable for an LLC, since the money must go to the tax account from the company's current account. All you need to do is insert the payment amount into the finished document. You will select the destination from the drop-down list suggested by the system. All types of taxes and duties are presented in it.
Step 3
Save the finished payment order to your computer.
The algorithm for further actions depends on your preferences in relations with your bank. If you prefer to personally visit his branch, print out the payment order, certify it with the signature of the head of the company or the entrepreneur and the seal and take it to the credit institution. You can also upload a document to the client bank and send it over the Internet, sealed with an electronic digital signature (generated when you grant you access to the client bank). Do not forget to only then go to the bank with a printout of the payment order so that they make a mark on it.
